AN ELECTION hustings takes place in Northwich town centre on Wednesday, April 29.
The six Parliamentary candidates standing for the Weaver Vale constituency will answer questions from the public at the event at St Helen's Church, in Church Road.
The evening starts at 7pm with an informal meeting for half and hour where people can talk to the candidates over refreshments.
The formal question time starts at 7.30pm.
Each candidate will have two minutes to introduce themselves and their priorities before question from the audience, which can be submitted during refreshments or will be taken from the floor during the event.
The hustings has been organised by Northwich and District Churches Together.
Weaver Vale candidates are Chris Copeman, Green Party, Mary Di Mauro, Liberal Democrat, Graham Evans, Conservative Party, Julia Tickridge, Labour Party, Joseph James Whyte, Trade Unionist and Socialist Coalition, and Amos Wright, UKIP.
