Winsford bike shop window smashed with hammer and cycle stolen - police appeal
AN offender smashed the window of a Winsford cycle shop before stealing a bike from within.
The yellow Raleigh 300 bicycle was taken from Cyclone Cycles in Weaver Street at 5.20am on Thursday, October 2.
A police spokesman said: “The offender approached the front of the cycle shop and used a hammer to break the glass before removing the mountain bike from within.
“They then made off with the cycle towards the Winsford Marina.”
The offender is described as aged between 19-20 and was wearing a black jacket and trainers.
