A PLANNING application is currently being finalised for a second site off Green Lane, in Davenham.

Following notification of the 77 homes planned by Strategic Land Group, residents have also received a letter about a proposed 52 houses for land at Green Lane Farm.

This latest proposal is being put together by Bloor Homes, which is currently building a development called The Meadow, also off Green Lane.

Bloor Homes' new plans look set to include bungalows for the over 55s and homes ranging in size from two-bedroom apartments to five-bedroom houses.
