Police issue teenager with nuisance mini-moto confiscation order
POLICE in Winsford have been responding to reports of nuisance mini-moto motorbikes being ridden on the Wharton estate in Winsford.
PCSO Stephen Bishop identified a 19-year-old male responsible for riding one of the machines.
The teenager has been issued with a Section 59 Notice, meaning if the bike is ridden in an anti-social manner again, it will be seized.
Anti-social behaviour can be reported to Cheshire Police on 101.
