POLICE in Winsford have issued further drugs warrants at addresses across town.
On the September 19, a drugs warrant was executed at an address in Austin Close.
A quantity of Amphetamine and Cannabis was found. A 34-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply.
Following interview she was charged with two offences: possession with intent to supply Class B amphetamine and supply of Class B cannabis.
At South Cheshire Magistrates Court, she was remanded in custody. The case will now be dealt with in Crown Court at a future date.
On September 23, a warrant was conducted at Esk Road, Winsford where a quantity of cannabis was found. A 59-year-old man was given a formal cannabis warning.
On September 16, officers conducting enquires at an address at Saxon Crossway came across ten cannabis plants being cultivated.
The electric meter had been bypassed resulting in the power company attending to make the electrics safe.
A 45-year-old man was arrested and will appear at South Cheshire Magistrate Court on October 6 charged with possession with intent to supply Class B cannabis and abstracting electricity.
