WORK to redevelop Northwich has presented opportunities for Mid Cheshire College students, says college principal Richard Hollywood.
Northwich is due to be transformed by an £80 million scheme to transform the Barons Quay area, and the college has seen a rise in demand this term for construction trade courses.
“The redevelopment of Northwich town centre brings about exciting opportunities for students on our construction trade courses,” said Mr Hollywood.
“We work closely with our students to ensure they achieve their potential, offering excellent facilities and giving students the best chance of continuing successfully along the career path they have chosen.”
The construction trade courses are taught by industry professionals, as well as partnering with some of the UK’s leading manufacturers such as Howden’s Joinery and Trend Routing Technology.
