WALKERS from Waitrose will put their best foot forward for the Joshua Tree children’s charity this weekend.
Waitrose staff and customers are going to finish The Joshua Tree’s fundraising month with a ‘Silly Socks’ seven-mile charity walk on Sunday starting from Waitrose Knutsford at 11am, and finishing at Waitrose Northwich at about 3pm.
Waitrose partners will be supporting the event with posters and sponsorship forms at both stores for people to sign up or register on the day from 10.15am at Waitrose Knutsford.
Entry is £5 for adults and £2.50 for children, with under 12s being free of charge.
