THE Crewe man who died as a result of a road traffic collision in Congleton last week has been named as Alan Horrocks, 68, of Oak Tree Drive.
His family paid tribute to a 'much loved dad and grandad, who was also a good friend to many and will be missed by all'.
Alan’s black Triumph motorbike collided with an agricultural fork lift truck in Dial Lane, near to a quarry just south of Congleton.
The collision occurred at 8.20pm on Wednesday, September 10.
Alan died at the scene of the collision.
Anyone who witnessed the incident is asked to contact Staffordshire Police on 101 quoting incident number 733 of 10 September.
