WINSFORD children met some of their favourite cartoon characters during a sports day event organised by the Tinystars community group.
More than 150 people got involved in the racing at the Knights Grange athletics track, including the likes of Mickey and Minnie Mouse.
The Disney heroes joined Winsford Town Council, Sport Cheshire and Vale Royal Athletics Club in lending their support to the event, which also featured arts and crafts, hook a duck, a tombola, hockey and ball games.
In the hotly anticipated mascot race, Winnie the Pooh just pipped Brio the Bear at the finishing line.
See facebook.com/tinystarswinsford for future Tinystars events or to get involved in volunteering for the group.
