FOUR men have now been charged in relation to an incident in Wistaston on August 30 involving the alleged kidnap of a 35-year-old Crewe man.
Matthew Clark, 28, of no fixed abode in Crewe; Robert Higson, 32, of Monks Lane, Crewe and Lloyd Turner, 50, of Charlton Avenue in Hereford, have all been charged with kidnap, grievous bodily harm with intent and robbery.
A fourth man, Patrick Barrett, 37, from Frank Bott Avenue in Crewe, has been charged with grievous bodily harm with intent and robbery.
All four have been remanded in custody and will appear before Chester Crown Court on Wednesday, September 17.
