Take a trip to war museum to mark 100 years
THE centenary of the outbreak of the First World War will be marked with a heritage tour to Duxford Air Museum on Saturday, August 2.
Development of the Arts in Northwich (DAN) has organised the tour, with the coach leaving Northwich Memorial Hall at 8am.
IWM Duxford is in the grounds of a First and Second World War airfield and has more than 200 aircraft as well as tanks and boats.
The coach will pick up in Winsford, Davenham, Sandiway, Weaverham, Hartford, Greenbank and Castle.
