Housing plans have been submitted for Davenham
PLANS have been submitted for 64 new houses in Davenham.
Bellway Homes has put forward a full application for land off Jack Lane, near its junction with London Road.
Access to the new estate would be off Jack Lane.
In its detailed planning application Bellway refers to the lack of a five-year housing supply in Cheshire West and Chester Council’s area and states: “The land at Jack Lane, Davenham, is a greenfield site that can accomodate new development and contribute to the housing need in Cheshire West and Chester.”
