A BRAVE boy whose dreams came true has inspired a charity night in Moulton this year.
Matthew Potter, seven, met Father Christmas in Lapland in December, thanks to the charity Make A Wish.
He was diagnosed with non Hodgkin lymphoma on January 7 last year and has undergone chemotherapy and lumbar punctures, as well as treatment for a life-threatening fungal infection he developed in his lungs.
Inspired by his fight and magical trip to Lapland, an fundraiser has been organised in aid of Make A Wish.
The evening will include a charity auction, raffle, disco and buffet.
It will take place at Moulton Verdin Club, in Church Street, at 7.30pm on Saturday, March 1.
Tickets are £4.50.
For tickets or to donate items for the raffle or auction ring Jacqueline Platt on 07736 243514 or email jacquelineplatt64@btinternet.com.
