A GRIT bin will be installed on a Kingsmead hill ready for the winter weather.

Cheshire West and Chester Council (CWAC) has agreed to fund a bin on Sproston Way.

Parish councillors have also raised the issue of ice on St Georges Way.

Clr Tim Moore said: “At the top of St Georges Way there’s always water running down there and it always freezes.

“You don’t always see it in the summer as it evaporates.”
