As the Con Dems mourn their matriarch, the rest of us weep at their new attacks on the poor and disabled.
I am sure Mrs T would be very happy at their approach to those on welfare. She said there is no such thing as society, as if that was something to be proud of.
Instead of looking after the vulnerable, we are meant to tread on the next man to get ahead.
I predict the Universal Credit will herald a new era of extreme poverty and will also increase homelessness in this country by thousands and thousands.
The housing associations that homes the poor – whether under employed or unemployed on housing benefit – have decided that they will not accept payments in arrears as is currently the case with housing benefit.
This will lead to thousands of evictions. Where will these families go?
Perhaps we are meant to camp out like they do in the USA? Or will the elite government build workhouses and sell our children? I would not put anything past this lot.
I don’t mourn an old lady who destroyed kindness and industry in the UK and replaced it with greed and division.
I am mourning for the misery to come and for the total lawless ‘society’ that will be its inevitable result.
Expect more prostitutes, more human trafficking, more thefts, more muggings, more arson, more murder and more debt related suicides.
Expect more riots, more inequality, more hungry children. Expect more divorces, more children in care homes.
There may not be such a thing as society, but there is such a thing as hell on earth.
