SMITHERS John Died peacefully in hospital on 5th June 2024, formerly of Wincham. John, aged 83 years, the devoted husband of the late Catherine Smithers, much loved dad of Jean, David and Helen, father-in-law to Gary, Gill and Gavin and adored grandad of Matthew, Emma, Daniel and Oliver. Funeral Mass will be held at St Wilfrid's R C Church, Northwich on Wednesday 19th June at 1.00pm. Family flowers only please, donations if wished for Macmillan Cancer Support or Cancer Research UK.
