EVANS Teresa "Tess" Sadly passed away on 18th May 2024, at Crossways Care Home aged 89. A loving wife to Dennis (Dec) and loving mum to Noel, Marion, Griff and Michael. Also loving grandmother and great grandmother. Funeral service will be held on Thursday 13th June, St. Wilfrid's Catholic Church, Northwich at 11.00am. Family flowers only please.
