FREEDMAN Patricia On Monday 18th December 2023, peacefully at Primrose House Care Home, Haslington. Pat passed away aged 96 years. The cherished wife of the late Nat, a loving mother to Paul, Michael, and the late David and a much-loved gran to Simon, Tracy, Matthew, Katie, Suzie, Zara and Benjamin Kaan, proud great gran to Liam, Codi and Savanna and a treasured great great gran to Molly and Megan. Pat will be sadly missed by her loving family and friends. Funeral service to take place at The Birches Crematorium, Northwich on Tuesday 16th January 2024 at 12:00 noon.
