MONKS David William Suddenly on December 3rd at Blackpool Victoria Hospital aged 72 years our beloved David passed away. Formerly of Northwich a much loved husband, father, brother, brother in law, uncle and great uncle. Funeral at 1pm at Lytham Crematorium on December 29th.
