ROSE Hannah Claire On Saturday 18th November 2023 Hannah, aged 39 years, of Davenham and formerly Hartford, passed away peacefully in hospital surrounded by her family. She was a beloved daughter of Fran & Howie and sister of Jessica & Naomi, a friend to many and inspiration to all. A celebration of Hannah's life will take place at St Wilfrid's RC Church, Northwich on Tuesday 5th December at 10.30am followed by a private interment. Family flowers only please.
