THOMAS William David "Dave" On Saturday 22nd October 2022, sadly passed away in hospital after a short illness, of Weaverham & formerly Northwich. Dave aged 68 years, beloved father of Sarah & Stephen, father-in-law of Lee, adored grandad of Jade, Sian, Ryan & Kaylee and respected Club Secretary of Northwich Victoria Football Club. Funeral service at St Helen's Parish Church, Northwich on Friday 11th November at 12.30 pm followed by committal at Vale Royal Crematorium, please wear a football shirt or casual clothes.
