HIGGINS Frank Sadly passed away on 15th July 2022 at Leighton Hospital, Frank aged 73 and of Winnington. Beloved husband of Marcia, dad to Jeanette and Paul and Grandad to Leonie. Funeral service will take place on Thursday 4th August at 11am at Vale Royal Crematorium. Family flowers only. Donations if wished to the North West Air Ambulance.
