FLAVELL Hazel Peacefully at North Staffordshire Hospital on Sunday 2nd January, Hazel aged 86 of Alsager. The dearly beloved Wife of the late Leslie, much loved Mother of Steven and Janet, also was a treasured Gran and Great Gran. Funeral to take place on Friday 28th January at St Mary's Church Alsager, at 11am followed by interment at Sandbach cemetery. Family flowers only please, donations if preferred to MND/Research.
