HUGHES Adrian 'Andy' Passed away 11th November aged 68. A devoted husband to Karen. A beloved dad to Stacey and Kayley, a dear father-in-law to Tango and much loved grandad to Ada. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday 30th November 2021 at Vale Royal Crematorium at 10:00am. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu of flowers will kindly be received for Liverpool Heart & Chest Hospital or the family are inviting people to dedicate a tree through The National Trust in memory of Andy.
