JALES Joan (Higgins) Passed away on Sunday 24th October 2021 at her daughter Wendy's home near Barnstaple where she was being cared for. Joan celebrated her 96th birthday earlier this year. The funeral will take place at 11.40am on Wednesday 10th November at the Barnstaple Crematorium. Joan (Higgins) lived in Lostock in the 1950's-60's and was well known for the very busy George & Joan Fish and Chip Shop and Restaurant, Manchester Road, Northwich.
