COOK Jill nee Gleave Peacefully passed at Daneside Court Nursing Home, Northwich and and formerly of Leftwich & Middlewich. On Sunday 17th October 2021, Jill, aged 80 years, adored wife of Colin, darling mum of Lynne & Michelle, a wonderful nan, a dear sister and favourite school teacher best known for her lovely smile. The funeral service will take place at Vale Royal Crematorium on Wednesday 3rd November at 2:00pm. Family flowers only please, donations if wished for Diabetes UK.
