MARGERY JONES Née SMITH Sadly passed away on Sunday 1st August 2021 in Acorn Hollow Nursing Home and formerly of Castle. Marg, aged 84 years, devoted wife of the late Peter, much loved mum of Bryan, David and Stuart, adored gran of Barry and a sadly missed mother-in-law, sister and auntie. Funeral service to be held at Castle Methodist Church on Wednesday 18th August at 1.00pm followed by committal at Vale Royal Crematorium. Condolences to Margery’s 3 Son’s who I know she adored.
I cared for Marg for near on 5 years and she truly was a funny lovely lady. We would have so many chuckles together and I always looked forward to seeing her on my shifts.
She was game for a laugh and would always join in with sing songs/ Halloween/Christmas.
My favourite memory was when we took her Blackpool to see the lights, we sat had fish & chips together and her smile was infectious.
I will miss you Marg
