STEVEN COOK On 9th July 2021, peacefully at Davenham Hall Care Home & of Rudheath. Steven, the much loved son of Brian & the late Jean, loving brother of Michael & the late Diane & dear brother-in-law to Carolyn, beloved uncle to Hayley, Annamieke and Chloe. Steven will be sadly missed by all his family & friends. No flowers, donations if wished for The Stroke Association.
