EIRLYS BROWN (née Nicholas) Died very peacefully from natural causes, aged 95, on April 3rd at Daneside Court in Northwich. She was a long-time resident of Sandiway, in Hadrian Way and latterly Holly Court. She was a regular churchgoer at St John's, as well as being actively involved in many community and charitable activities including the Women's Institute and especially Barnardo's. As a young teacher, she also taught at the Grange School, Hartford. Her late husband Ian was a dentist at ICI Winnington and in practice at Weaverham. Two of her children, Fiona and Richard, still live in Sandiway, whilst Nick lives in London. A Covid-friendly memorial service will take place at the Birches crematorium on May 10th. No flowers, please, but donations in lieu to Barnado's (https://eirlysbrown.muchloved.com).
