Anyone paying their gas and electricity by direct debit need to take a careful look at how much they are paying. I recently had a statement showing that I was nearly £90 in credit with my electric payments, but an enclosed letter said that the direct debit was to be increased by £10 a month. It appears that this is the latest scheme by the suppliers to boost their coffers by earning interest on our money, and helping them to pay up front for power at a cheaper rate.  − Cambrian5

does everyone know chester road and the blind shop on chester road across from the suntan shop & pub ? anyway customer's who shop there , even the staff in there BIG 4x4's and lorrys park there dropping off stock , they all park on the footpath .. as you know chester road is a very dangerous road and we as pedestrians cannot no way walk around these cars on the road .. anyway today there was a car quite large parked on the footpath almost upto the shop window we had real trouble getting past this car , my childrens book bags touched her car , we kept bashing into the window frame of the shop it was that tight a fit ..  − kezzy70
