Chester Magistrates' Court
A 35-YEAR-OLD man charged with being concerned in the supply of heroin and crack cocaine in Northwich is set to face a trial at crown court.
Jonathon Weedall, of Station Road, Northwich, appeared in Chester Magistrates Court on March 17 before the case was sent up to Chester Crown Court.
Weedall is alleged to have been concerned in the making of an offer to supply a quantity of crack cocaine in Northwich between December 17, 2021, and January 27, 2022.
He was also charged on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of a quantity of diamorphine (heroin) between the same dates in the town.
His next hearing at Chester Crown Court will be April 14 for a plea and trial preparation hearing.
