ODEON Cinemas Limited is seeking a premises licence for its cinema at the Barons Quay development in Northwich.
The application seeks permission to show film, plays, live and recorded music and dance performances and sell alcohol and late night refreshment.
People who may be affected by the granting of the application and responsible authorities can make representations to the licensing authority by October 19.
The premises licence is being sought from Cheshire West and Chester Council.
The Odeon at Barons Quay will feature one of the first iSense screens in the UK, which the cinema chain described as ‘the ultimate way to enjoy cinema’.
An Odeon spokesman said in June: “We will be opening with five cutting-edge screens full of the latest and best entertainment for film fans to enjoy – as well as one of our Odeon-exclusive iSense screens.”
iSense features digital projectors which deliver almost nine million pixels – four times the resolution of a standard screen.
